If the wrestler consumes:

The wrestler will gain weight, becoming stronger and more forceful.

If the wrestler consumes:
Avocado
Cabbage
Apple

The wrestler will shed pounds, moving slower and exerting lesser force. Each fatty food adds +1 value, while each lean food subtracts -1 value.

But beware! While aiming for the high-calorie delights of hamburger, meat thigh, and pizza, you might unintentionally munch on avocado, cabbage, or apple. In this game of strategic consumption, one misstep can lead to losing everything gathered from your endeavors once your opponent interferes.
